Self-sealing Coating
The outer self-sealing polymer-based coating provides protection of tanks or tanks of fuel or other liquids against leakage from bullets, shrapnel and fragments. The coating system uses an aerosol of polyurethane elastomer and a reactive additive, which is combined to permanently expand and seal the penetration holes by the impacts.
